We are delighted to share our catering brochure. These represent only a starting point, however. Our commitment to you is to customize menus as needed for any occasion.
From morning breakfast baskets and freshly brewed coffee to a casual feast, and elegant hors d’oeuvres, we are delighted to be a part of your event. Whatever your event: a breakfast meeting, a faculty luncheon, a retirement party, you will find that we offer fresh ingredients, creative preparations, elegant presentation, and thoughtful service. Casual Catering
Need to pick-up refreshments for an office meeting or a small gathering? Let our Casual Catering Department assist you with your next function. Casual Catering is designed as a pick-up service from our Paradise Palms Café or Corner Market Café (Starbuck’s) location. Select from a variety of offerings such as pastries by the dozen, sandwich trays, veggie trays, coffee, and more. Place your order 48 hours in advance, confirm the order with our Catering Department and pick it up from your designated location. It’s simple, quick, and there are no service fees assessed as with regular catering. View our menu and order form and let Casual Catering help you with your next function!

 Ordering
In order to ensure the maximum level of service, please call, fax, or email your catering request at least 10 days prior to your event with the following information:
- Maximum number of expected guests
- Location of event
- Food, beverage, and supplies
- Billing, account, and contact information
This information may be adjusted up to 3 days prior to your event, please take note of additional policies and procedures.
