Simply To Go Casual Catering
Need to pick-up refreshments for an office meeting or a small gathering? Let our Casual Catering Department assist you with your next function. Casual Catering is designed as a pick-up service from our Campus Center Dining location. Select from a variety of offerings such as pastries by the dozen, sandwich trays, veggie trays, coffee, and more. Place your order 48 hours in advance, confirm the order with our Catering Department and pick it up from your designated location. Executive Chef Philip Shon
Chef Phil brings a high level of culinary expertise to our campus culinary team. Phil's experience includes working as the Governor's Executive Chef and catering to Presidents, Queens and dignitaries from many countries, Executive Chef at 5-Star restaurants and as Chef Owner of his own restaurant.
